| What is Laser Engraving? |

| Laser engraving is the process of using a laser beam to engrave on
any hard surface such as marble, granite, wood, glass, plastic and
more. The laser beam allows us to replicate an image on stone or
glass with amazing results. |

| How long will the etching last? |
| |
| Marble and Granite are natural stone and with the proper care and
cleaning the etching will last as long as the product engraved on
.
Literally for generations!

| Granite or Marble, which is better for engraving? |
| |
| Both produce beautiful results. The black marble produces the best
photo quality image and should only be used indoors. The black granite
has more of a natural grain and is best for outdoor use and uses around
water like bathroom stalls or back splashes. Both are natural products
that contains irregularities-no two stones are exactly the same. This
adds to the character of the stone design elements and what makes your
finished product unique.

| What types of images are best for engraving? |
| |
| The quality of the image greatly determines the quality of the
engraving. For best results, submit a clear, sharp photo. If
your photo is burry or has imperfections, these flaws could be
magnified when engraved.

| How do I submit my photos? |
| |
We accept almost any image file but we recommend, JPG, JPEG, BMP, BIT
file formats and at 300 DPI. Refer to our photo submission page for further
details.
There are various ways to submit your favorite photos to us:
- You can upload your photo directly from your computer from the
individual product pages.
- You can email the photo to us at : indioblu@cableone.net
- You can mail your photo to us at: Indioblu Design P.O. Box 648
Lewiston, ID 83501. If you choose to mail your photo(s), you run
the risk of the photo(s) being damaged or lost in transit. Therefore,
we strongly suggest that you send us a copy not the original photo(s)
placed between two pieces of cardboard to give the envelope rigidity.
We will return your photo(s) with your order.

| Can I scan a photo to submit for engraving? |
| |
| Yes, scanning is a great way of taking an older picture or image and
sending it to us electronically either by email or uploading from our
product pages. If you decide to scan your photo we recommend scanning
at 300DPI on a Grayscale setting. Contact us if you have any questions.

| Can you put multiple pictures together? |
| |
| We have designers that can work with you to create a mural of numerous
pictures for that one of a kind gift that will be cherished for years to
come. Contact us for specific questions and ideas.

| How do I clean the etching? |
| |
| The best way to clean your etching is with a dry cloth. If
necessary use a damp cloth, never use harsh chemicals or soap
as it can stain the surface. For any products used outdoors or
around water a yearly over the counter stone sealant should be applied.

| How do I display the individual tiles? |
| |
| You can purchase one of our metal or wood easels for tabletop or desk
displays. As another option, we can drill mounting holes for wall hangings.
Just make a selection from our products page.

| Once I've placed my order how long before I receive it? |
| |
| Our typical turn around time is between 2-4 days. Within 24 hrs
of receiving your order an image is emailed for your approval. After
the approval is received your order is placed in the engraving que
and usually ships within 48 hrs.
