| Please only send photos or artwork you have the rights to.
We will not use any copyrighted material without written permission
from the copyright holder. By submitting an image you are stating
you have the rights to the image and are giving us permission to
reproduce the image for your use. The purchaser agrees to assume
any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against supplier
for any copyright infringements. |

| Items mailed to us: |

| Indioblu Design is not liable for the condition of any images, artwork
or photographs that are sent to us, returned from us or otherwise lost in
the mail or shipping. Do not send us any "valuable", "irreplaceable" or
otherwise "one of a kind images". We suggest that you send us a copy of
your image instead. Printed images or photographs that we receive that
are creased or otherwise damaged may be deemed unusable for laser engraving
and may require another picture sent. The time for digitally repairing images
is not included in our product cost and will be subject to addition charges,
if applicable.

Both stone and wood are natural products that contains irregularities-no two are
exactly the same. This adds to the character of customized stone and wood design
elements and what makes your finished product unique.

| Return Policy: |

| Returns will only be granted if a defect in engraving is found. Returns due to
customer spelling errors or incorrect information submitted will not be granted.

| Order Cancellations: |

Due to the fact that we pay a fee on every e-commerce transaction, we must charge an
order cancellation fee of $10.00 on all orders cancelled prior to production. As every
product is custom made, no two are the same. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled
after the production phase is begun.
If an email address is provided with your order , we will email a proof for your review
and approval prior to engraving. This allows you to view your layout before engraving
begins. This option allows for relocation of text or image, along with spelling or date
changes. Additional costs may be required if image alternations are requested.
